About Caslida Paine
I’m Caslida Nombulelo Paine, an Educational Technology Specialist and Founder of InnovateEd with Miss Paine, passionate about using Coding & Robotics, innovation, and technology to transform education and expand access to meaningful 21st-century learning opportunities.
Professional Experience
With 7+ years of experience across independent and international school environments, my career spans classroom teaching, Educational Technology, Coding & Robotics, curriculum development, instructional design, teacher professional development, and educational consulting. I currently work at the intersection of education and technology, creating learning experiences that foster creativity, problem-solving, collaboration, and computational thinking. As an Educational Consultant and Curriculum Developer, I develop professional learning experiences and resources that support educators in integrating Coding & Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Educational Technology, and 21st-century skills into their teaching. I have developed SACE-endorsed professional learning content, delivered educator training and webinars, and contributed to Education Alliance Finland-certified Coding & Robotics resources.
Academic Achievement
Academically, I hold a Bachelor of Education from North-West University and a Postgraduate Certificate in ICT in Education from the University of London, and I am currently completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Management at North-West University. I am also a Microsoft Certified Educator, Google Certified Educator, Certified Apple Teacher, and TEFL-certified educator, and a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.
